Consulting services offered through Isaan Bridge are governed by separate engagement letters or agreements issued at the start of each engagement. Those documents take precedence over these general website terms in relation to the scope, fees, and conduct of any specific engagement.

Where no separate agreement exists, the following general conditions apply to any consulting relationship with Isaan Bridge.

The scope of each engagement is defined through discussion with the client before work begins. Any material changes to the agreed scope will be discussed and documented in writing. We do not make unilateral changes to scope once an engagement is underway.

3.2 Fees and payment

Fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are quoted at the start of each engagement. Payment terms are set out in the relevant engagement letter. We reserve the right to suspend work where agreed payments are not received in a reasonable time.

Fees represent payment for the time and expertise applied during the engagement. They are not contingent on any particular business outcome and are not refundable after work has been delivered, except where we have failed to deliver the agreed scope.

3.3 Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide reasonable access to relevant documents, data, and personnel during the engagement. The quality and usefulness of our work depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. We are not responsible for findings or recommendations that are affected by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.

3.4 Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share client materials, business data, or engagement details with any third party without the client's written consent, except where required by law. Clients are similarly asked to treat any proprietary methods, tools, or materials provided by Isaan Bridge as confidential.

3.5 Intellectual property

Any written documents, plans, or reports produced during an engagement are made available to the client for their own use. Underlying methodologies, frameworks, and working approaches developed by Isaan Bridge remain our property.

4. Limitation of liability

The observations, analysis, and recommendations offered by Isaan Bridge are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. We make no representation that any particular outcome will follow from implementing our recommendations. Business decisions rest with the client.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from any engagement or from use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
